The Aims and objectives of the Friends of Al-Aqsa can be summaries as follows:
To caters for the educational awareness of the struggle against the illegal Zionist occupiers of Palestine; To develop leadership skills require for work To develop an understanding for true brotherhood and the Ummah in general; To co-ordinate and facilitate programmes of local and international speakers; To network and establish a health working relationship with similar organisations in S.A. and abroad
